In the role of Consultant Manager, every day brings new challenges! The position is very varied, consisting of cases concerning both personnel and clients while you work results-oriented and solution-focused. You have full responsibility for your clients as well as personnel responsibility for your consultants.

The work takes place largely at our clients' sites and involves a great deal of personal responsibility. You work independently and are often alone in the office. Weekly meetings in Gothenburg also create opportunities for collaboration and follow-up.

• Recruitment and onboarding of new consultants • Time reporting and personnel administration in Intelliplan • Personnel planning and care • Key performance indicators and delivery follow-up • Daily client and consultant contact in logistics, industrial, and/or production environments

For the position of Consultant Manager, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment with many points of contact, often simultaneously. Our clients operate during varying times of the day, which places high demands on flexibility, prioritization skills, and accountability from you. Furthermore, we see that you are confident in your leadership, as you have full personnel responsibility for your consultants.

You are part of a larger team operating in the Borås and Gothenburg areas. Since collaboration largely takes place digitally, high demands are placed on your communication skills and your ability to build good relationships even at a distance.

• Has documented experience in staffing/personnel planning, for example as a Consultant Manager, preferably within logistics, industry, and/or production • Has a positive attitude and works results-oriented • Can structure and allocate your workday effectively • Has a B driver's license
